SALEABLE TOBACCO STOCKS
ANNOUNCEMENT:
According to the decision of our Board of Directos , as from 01.01.2010, the pre-guarantee application
of the leaf tobacco sales of our company will be arranged as on the following way :
"On the conditon the transfer of the pre-guarantee of 6 % of the total proposed amount of
the applicants to the account number on T.C. İzmir Ziraat Bankası Kurumsal Bankacılık Şubesi
(YTL: 37711752-5001, USD: 37711752-5002) at least 2 (two) working day, as from the date of
proposal, all offers will be taken to consideration.Following the approval of the sale, the
guarantee amount will be completed to 10 % and within at least 15 (fifteen) days, a protocol
will be signed, otherwise the pre-guarantee amount taken in advance, will be considered as an
income by our our Company."
The processed and unprocessed tobaccos available in our Administration salable
stocks are offered for sale by our Leaf Tobacco Foreign Sales Department.
Our Tobacco Sales avilable in our stocks are carried out;

To Foreign Firms:

for the processed tobaccos available in our stocks in cash payment or
irrevocable letter of credit against F.O.B./the nearest port.

for the unprocessed tobaccos available in our stocks after their price is
deposited in cash foreign exchange price, being taken delivery by their buyers
from the warehouses where they have been stored and after they are processed at
the buyer’s facilities within country under the control and supervision of our
Administration or processed at our Administration’s facilities against their
price, providing that their exportation is made by our Administration.

To Domestic Firms: To the firms having the tobacco trade
certificate by exportation, as delivery to warehouse, by depositing into our
Administration’s account in Turkish Liras at the foreign exchange selling rate
of T.C.Merkez Bankası at the day when their price is received.
Our current stocks for all our sales made to foreign and domestic firms are
variable due to the agreements made.
